Mahindra & Mahindra, after having launched its born electric SUVs, BE 6 and XEV 9e recently, is all set to revamp the car-buying and ownership experience with its next-generation showrooms and service centres. These showrooms will cater to both ICE and EV customers. Here’s what you can experience.
Mahindra’s revamped showrooms: What to expect
Mahindra’s new showrooms go beyond just displaying vehicles. Customers can explore the INGLO Electric Origin architecture and interact with MAIA, Mahindra’s advanced AI system, which powers key in-car technologies. A standout feature of the showroom is the Sonic Studio, where visitors can experience the Harman Kardon 1,400-watt, 16-speaker system with Dolby Atmos. Mahindra has also onboarded 500 specialists from luxury and premium brands, to provide expert guidance to customers.
Besides that, the brand is enhancing after-sales services with facilities for both electric and internal combustion SUVs. The new service centres will feature dedicated eSUV bays, equipped with advanced tools and technicians trained specifically in electric vehicle technology.
One of the key highlights is Remote Vehicle Diagnostics (RVD), which enables proactive maintenance by detecting potential issues before they become problems. In addition, Mahindra is establishing Battery Repair Centres across the country, ensuring efficient EV battery servicing. A team of 400 Mahindra Tech Experts have been deployed for this role.
Furthermore, the carmaker is also simplifying EV ownership with CHARGE.IN, a dedicated charging ecosystem backed by 350+ experts. This initiative will provide access to home charger installations and seamless integration with India’s growing DC charging network. The newly launched Me4U app further will be offering real-time order tracking, remote vehicle controls, and charging insights. The app also integrates payment solutions for Mahindra’s fast-charging network.
BE6, XEV 9e bookings:
To mark this transformation, Mahindra dealerships will host special events, including interactive showroom walkthroughs, test-drive experiences, and themed giveaways. On February 14, bookings for the highly anticipated BE 6 and XEV 9e will open at 9:00 AM across all nine variants.
