MPPSC Prelims 2025 Answer Key: The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has officially released the provisional answer key for the State Service Preliminary Examination 2025 (SSE). The answer key is now available on the Commission’s official website, www.mppsc.mp.gov.in, following the examination held on February 16, 2025. The preliminary exam was conducted across two shifts, with more than 1.18 lakh candidates appearing at 342 centres statewide.
Candidates who appeared for the exam now have the opportunity to review the answer key. If they wish to raise objections regarding any answers or questions, they must submit their concerns within five days from the release of the answer key. Objections must include certified references such as book titles, author names, page numbers, and relevant publication details. The prescribed examination fee must also be paid through the online link provided on the MPPSC website.
Important details about the exam and answer key
The examination was split into two sessions on February 16, with the first session focusing on General Studies (Set A) and the second on General Aptitude Tests (Sets B, C, and D). The provisional answer keys for all four sets of questions are now available for download on the MPPSC portal.
Candidates who find discrepancies or have concerns about the accuracy of answers are advised to act quickly, as the deadline for submitting objections is February 22, 2025. After this date, no representations will be accepted.
MPPSC Prelims 2025 exam schedule and conduct
The MPPSC State Service Preliminary Examination 2025 recorded an impressive attendance rate of 83% in the morning shift and 82% in the afternoon session. A total of 342 exam centres across the state were set up to accommodate over 1.18 lakh candidates. Indore emerged as the city with the highest attendance, hosting 34,000 candidates in 71 centres, with 88% of those candidates present for the exam.

The exam was conducted under strict security measures to ensure a fair and transparent process. Candidates were required to undergo detailed security checks, which included frisking and the removal of restricted items such as electronic gadgets, belts, and watches. Flying squads were deployed across the centres to monitor the exam and prevent any malpractices.
Future exam schedule
The next phase of the examination process, the Mains exam, is tentatively scheduled for June 2025. Following the Mains, candidates will face interviews. With key vacancies across 13 departments, including prominent positions such as Deputy Collector, Child Development Project Officer, and Deputy Superintendent of Police, the upcoming phases will be highly competitive.
