On these occasions, students and teachers are required to attend the ceremonies, with regular classes resuming once the events conclude.

Among the key highlights are a summer vacation from June 2 to June 21, coinciding with Eid-ul-Adha (Bakrid) and Kabir Jayanti, and a winter break scheduled from December 25 to December 31.
Other major holidays in the calendar include Guru Gobind Singh Jayanti on January 6, Holi on March 14 and 15, Eid-ul-Fitr on March 31 (subject to the sighting of the moon), Durga Puja from September 28 to October 2, and a Diwali to Chhath Puja break from October 20 to 29.
